Explanation of the design service option:
1- Upload a custom design (it will be reviewed by the relevant employee and an approval notice will be sent for signature)
2- I have a design that needs modification (the design team will contact you within 48 hours to modify it only, such as size and text).
3- Requesting a design service (If the design is simple, such as adding a logo (a pre-designed logo) or text, work will be done on it. However, in creative designs, we will apologize for the request or direct you to an external designer).
Additional information:
You will be contacted by the relevant employee to review all the details of the request to ensure the accuracy of all data and specifications and to send an approval notice that you will sign. Based on this, the printing will take place, and the attached design will not be relied upon as the final design for printing.
The work period is 14-21 working days after design approval.
Shipping within Jeddah is free; outside Jeddah, the customer bears the shipping cost, which is paid directly to the shipping company upon receipt.
